Update 1.1.2 Notes

Adventurers, Update 1.1.2 arrives packed with new ways to prove your glory! The highlight of this update is the next evolution of the Creature Trophy System with the introduction of Golden and Enchanted Trophies — prestigious upgrades that not only decorate your home with brilliance, but also bring additional Renown to your character.

At the same time, Expeditions continue to grow as a core part of RavenQuest. Following your feedback and our close monitoring of gameplay, this update delivers a wave of balance changes, improvements, and fixes to ensure every run feels smoother, fairer, and more rewarding.

But that’s not all — from the radiant arrival of the Sunscale Mount Skin, to important profession adjustments, to dozens of quality-of-life improvements across the world, Update 1.1.2 is here to make your adventure smoother and more rewarding!
 


We are taking the Creature Trophy System to the next level with the arrival of Golden Trophies and Enchanted Trophies! These upgraded versions of Creature Trophies not only shine brighter as House Decorations, but also bring additional Renown on top of their existing permanent bonuses.

Each Creature Trophy now has two additional tiers. By collecting and upgrading through all three tiers — Normal, Golden, and Enchanted, players can stack up to 505 Renown from a single Creature Trophy line!

Upgrading Trophies

When using a second or third duplicate of the same Creature Trophy, the system will prompt a confirmation to upgrade it to Golden or Enchanted:

Golden Trophy Upgrade

  • Triggered when using a duplicate Creature Trophy.
  • Grants a Golden House Decoration with 250 Renown.
  • Costs 5,000,000 Silver.


Enchanted Trophy Upgrade

  • Triggered when using a third duplicate of the same Creature Trophy.
  • Grants an Enchanted House Decoration with 250 Renown.
  • Costs 5,000,000 Silver.


Additionally, with the introduction of Golden and Enchanted Trophies, all existing Trophy offers on the Marketplace have been reset. This ensures a fresh start for trading under the new system.

Golden and Enchanted Trophies are purely about prestige and Renown, and they do not provide extra permanent character stats.
 


Expeditions have been a huge success, with countless Adventurers diving into their challenges every day! We’ve been closely monitoring feedback and data since their launch, and this update brings a round of improvements to further refine the experience. From balance changes to creatures and bosses, to quality-of-life adjustments that make every run smoother, our goal is to ensure Expeditions remain both thrilling and rewarding for everyone who takes part!

Creature & Boss Balance Changes

Risen Bones

  • Increased spawn from 3 to 4 individuals.
  • Slightly increased the base Attack Power.
  • Slightly decreased the base Defense Power.
  • Removed spellcaster healing for nearby Skeletons.


Other Risen Creatures

  • Increased overall strength of Risen Skeleton, Archer, Duelist, Haunt, Rotclub, and Rotspear slightly.
  • Reduced damage and effectiveness of Risen Rotclub.


Valoric the Oathbreaker (Boss)

  • Added a telegraph to the Tremor skill.
  • Increased basic attack range by 1 tile.


Varn'korr Deadhand (Boss)

  • Added casting and telegraph time to Discharge.
  • Increased basic attack range by 1 tile.
  • Increased casting time of Bladestorm and Spiked Chains.
  • Redesigned the Berserker skill: shortened buff duration and added a brief nerf period.


Niraxus the Profane (Boss)

  • Added casting and telegraph time to Shackles and AoE skills.
  • Reduced the basic attack damage.


Drake the Silent (Boss)

  • Increased the movement speed while Counter-Attack is active.
  • Fixed a bug allowing telegraphed skills to cast without a target inside the area.


Rokir Cinderskull (Boss)

  • Increased the damage of Lava Bomb.
  • Added small damage to Hammer Throw (previously only applied slow).
  • Added stacking mechanic to several skills, increasing the boss’ Defense with each stack.


Miscellaneous

  • Added a confirmation message when clicking "Exit" in the Death Window inside an Expedition.
  • Added a pop-up confirmation when players pick a Munk Song they already own in a higher tier, replacing the lower-tier version.
  • Adjusted the description of Warlock's Bane Affliction in Expeditions to clarify the effect as impacting Mana rather than Health.
  • Potions, items, and trinkets now have their cooldown reset when players enter an Expedition as well as when reviving inside an Expedition.
  • Updated multiple tooltips and messages related to Expeditions in ENG and PT-BR.

 


$QUEST for Ascendable RavenPacks

The $QUEST 2.0 Ecosystem is firing on all cylinders. $QUEST usage has hit an all-time high (more data on this coming in an Ecosystem Update video soon), and we've seen strong, sustainable revenue from Lucky Coins & Lucky Chests. With the economy healthier and more robust than ever, we are bringing RavenPacks back as a further sink for $QUEST, adding another layer of sink on top.

Cosmetics

A radiant new companion has arrived! The Sunscale Mount skin is now available under Transport (Y) > Mount Cosmetic, and will be distributed to all Guild Members (with Crests) that won the Guild Jewels Leaderboard! Ride in style with this blazing new look that sets your mount apart on the roads of RavenQuest.

Even though Moa Equipment won’t show visually on Sunscale, their stats and bonuses still apply.

While mystical skins like Sunscale can transform your mount into radiant new forms, they cannot be sustained while pulling a Wagon. This is because, for now, only Moas possess the raw strength and endurance required to haul such heavy burdens. Once you are done hauling, the Sunscale skin will return automatically.

The arrival of Sunscale marks just the beginning of this system. This first step opens the gates to a whole new era of customization and expression for your mounts. More skins are on the horizon!

Professions

Herbalism Rebalancing

We have rebalanced 2x2 Herbalism Crops, which had improper calculations leading to a significant oversupply of herbalism materials, ultimately driving their value down due to over production and leading to downstream crafting issues as well. The following have been adjusted to be properly in line with other Land professions:

  • Effort Required: Increased to the correct value considering 4 herbs planted per 2x2.
  • Silver Cost: Decreased to the correct value as it was higher than it should be.
  • Grow Time: Increased to properly align with other land professions output per hour.
  • Experience Gained: Significantly increased to account for the Grow Time.


This change will properly align the supply of Herbs with other materials produced from Land, ultimately increasing their value and strengthening the profession's demand.

Bait Rebalancing

Up to this point, 90% of Bait's used by fishers have been T1, T2 and T3 baits, with over 50% being T1. To bring stronger value to higher tier Baits and better natural progression, we have slightly reduced the effectiveness of low tier Baits, and have increased the effectiveness of higher tier fishing Baits.

Miscellaneous

  • Added Bounty Marks to the "All Currencies" tab in the Inventory.
  • Added the PT-BR translation for the Ballistics and Naturalist skills and RavenCards.
  • Increased the chance of triggering the Dynamic Events "Forest of Wrath", "Primal Stampede", and ''The Woodland Wardens''.
  • Improved the Marketplace UX when creating Orders, reducing the process by one step when choosing between items and Lucky Coin orders.
  • Removed the possibility of selling the Cosmetic material Chitin Plate to the NPC Xeniad.
  • Adjusted the effect of the item "Dawn Sigil". It should now function correctly in both Arena and Expeditions.
    • Correct behavior: When a player receives a fatal blow, the effect prevents death and leaves the player with 1,500 Health.
  • Changed the design of the Ghostwalker Shoes trinket, and removed the passive that prevents traps from being activated.
    • The new description is: Increases Movement Speed by 30% for the next 3 seconds. After 3 seconds, slows yourself for 30% for 3 seconds. 30 second cooldown. Passive: Increases Movement Speed on foot by 10%.
