As we continue with our weekly updates, Update 1.2.3 brings a strong focus on performance and overall gameplay smoothness!
We have introduced major optimizations to how the World Map is processed, significantly reducing server strain and improving responsiveness during movement, floor transitions, and combat — particularly in large-scale PvP scenarios.
In addition to these core improvements, the update includes Infusion progression updates, quality-of-life features highly requested by the community, and more important bug fixes! These also lay important groundwork for a more hype-packed Update 1.2.4 coming next!

A big part of this update is here. We have implemented a series of backend and client-side improvements aimed at making gameplay smoother, faster, and more responsive across the board.
One of the biggest changes moves World Map processing from the server to the client, significantly reducing server load during actions such as changing floors and using movement-related skills, resulting in more consistent performance during moment-to-moment gameplay such as big PvP fights.
Additionally, several skills have received internal implementation optimizations, improving how they are processed and further reducing performance overhead.
Together, these changes are aimed at creating a more stable experience today and lay the groundwork for even more performance improvements in future updates!

Infusion
We are expanding the Infusion progression and reworking how Infusion tiers are distributed to make grinding more flexible, more rewarding, and better aligned with long-term progression.
A new Tier 7 Infusion (Radiant Infusion) has been added for Level 80+, and the current Tier 6 (Ornate Infusion) now starts at Level 70+ (previously 75). Going forward, higher Infusion tiers will follow a 10-level spacing between tiers, instead of the previous 15-level gap, better matching the slower progression curve at higher levels.
In addition, Infusion drops now use a linear scaling distribution instead of hard level breakpoints. As a creature’s level approaches the next Infusion tier’s starting level, there is a progressively higher chance to obtain an Infusion from the next tier, while the chance for the current tier decreases proportionally. Once the next tier’s starting level is reached, that tier becomes the guaranteed drop.
This means players can begin seeing higher-tier Infusions slightly earlier, allowing more flexibility in where you choose to grind and making progression feel smoother and more fluid!
Example: Previously, killing Level 65 creatures would only drop Ghostly Infusion (T5). Now, they also have a chance to drop Ornate Infusion (T6). With linear scaling, a level 65 creature will drop Ghostly Infusion in roughly half of the cases and Ornate Infusion in the other half. This does not affect the chance to obtain an Infusion, only which Infusion tier is obtained.
Infusion Tiers (1 to 5 remain unchanged):
