Welcome to RavenQuest, a Web3 game operated by Ravendawn Eternal Studios Inc., a British Virgin Islands (BVI) registered corporation ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("TOS") govern your access to and use of the RavenQuest game, including any associated content, services, and features (collectively, the "Game").
By accessing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these TOS. If you do not agree with these TOS, you may not access or use the Game or an account affiliated with the Game.

1.1.1 - You may not use verbal violence in order to threaten, insult, mock or ridicule other users, among others.
1.1.2 - You may not use offensive language or rude behavior in your interactions with other users, including (but not limited to) terms that are defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, hateful, illegal, or that may damage the experience of other users in any way.
1.1.3 - You may not harass, stalk, threaten, cause affliction and/or draw unwanted attention to other users.
1.1.4 - You may not post, fix, spread, or transmit any real personal information about other users (name, address, phone number, photo, account name, etc.) or any other data that may harm the privacy of other users through the RavenQuest game.
1.2.1 - You may not promote any distinction, exclusion, restriction or use language or terms that have the purpose to humiliate, insult, harm or spread hatred towards other users or user groups, including (but not limited to) discrimination based on ethnic, political, religious, economic, geographical, social or cultural issues, among others.
1.2.2 - You may not affiliate with, organise or be a member of any kind of group at RavenQuest whose name is based or founded on a sexist, anti-religious, unethical, homophobic, drug-abusing or discriminatory philosophy.
1.2.3 - You may not make apology for behavior considered extreme in real life, including (but not limited to) violent acts, torture, trafficking, sexual violence, crimes, among others.
1.3.1 - You may not promote any distinction, exclusion, restriction or use of language or terms that have the purpose to humiliate, insult, harm, defame or spread hatred towards other users or user groups based on ethnic discrimination.
1.3.2 - You may not affiliate with, organise or be a member of any kind of group in RavenQuest whose name is based or founded on a racist philosophy.
You may not encourage other players or guild mates to harass someone. Such behavior will result in a ban.
2.1 - If you are contacted by one of the Game Masters (GMs) or Staff while you are in the game environment, you should follow their instructions. Violation may result in a ban on the first strike, with no warning.
2.2 - You may not hinder or impede the work of the team of GMs, CMs or other staff of Tavernlight Games. Violation may result in a ban on the first strike, with no warning.
2.3 - You may not insult, offend, humiliate, torment, use ironic, sarcastic, jocular comments or question in an abusive manner a staff member of GMs, CMs or other employees of Tavernlight Games during the performance of their duties. Intentionally evading someone’s ignore on you (e.g., making other characters to harass them) will result in all accounts being permanently banned.
2.4 - Any and all negative comments or offences to Tavernlight Games companies or employees will be considered breaches of this code of conduct. Impersonating staff will result in a permanent ban.
3.1 - You may not engage in game practices that compromise your performance for other users or harm your gameplay in any way (targeted harassment).
3.2 - You may not send the same or similar messages repeatedly (flooding/spamming) in any communication channel of the game.
About the responsibilities of the Guild: Guild is understood as "association that aims to provide assistance and protection to its members"; thus, any irregular act of a Guild member within the game that benefits the Guild as a whole will be punished.
4.1 - Any member of a Guild that benefits and/or benefits other members irregularly, directly or indirectly, even without the knowledge or consent of the Guild members, shall also be subject to punishment. A "benefit" is understood to be any irregular action that gives some advantage, profit or experience to the Guild - such as client change, benefit by bot or participation of bot users, among others.
4.2 - Your Guild may not bear a name and/or emblem that uses trademarks, that is related to or disseminates any type of revolting, offensive or hateful behavior or that promotes any type of discrimination, apology for drug use or any type of obscene behavior, among others. According to the GM team's evaluation, other emblems may also be considered part of this conduct rule.
4.3 - You may not have a guild name that makes it difficult to identify you.
4.4 - You may not create or be the leader of a Guild whose name or emblem could be confused with identifications created or used by Tavernlight Games or its official partners without express permission; this includes (but is not restricted to) identifications beginning with Tavernlight Games, [GM], [CM], Tester, etc.
4.5 - Any infraction that results in the permanent blocking of the guild leader account may automatically result in the guild being broken, without refunds.
5.1 - You may not name with offensive words or that make an apology for drug use or racist, sexist, anti-religious, unethical, homophobic or any philosophy that preaches any kind of revolting or hateful behavior. If it is considered that the nickname can be interpreted within the mentioned irregularities, it may be changed and your account may be blocked.
5.2 - You may not use special characters or symbols in a way that makes it difficult to identify you.
6.1 - You may not impersonate any friend, relative or employee of Tavernlight Games, or RavenQuest user support representative in order to gain any kind of advantage.
6.2 - You may not create a character or use any in-game ID that could be confused with IDs created or used by Tavernlight Games to perform in-game operations such as support, testing, or service verification. This includes (but is not restricted to) IDs beginning with Tavernlight Games, LP, LPBR, GM, [CM], Support, etc.
7.1 - You may not engage in marketing, commercial promotion, advertisement or solicitations with commercial intent within the RavenQuest game.
7.2 - You may not use the services provided for any activity other than those permitted.
7.3 - You may not advertise your intention to and/or buy, sell, trade/share, or transfer access to any RavenQuest account, whether for real money, items, products, coins, games, or by exchange of help on any in-game communication channel.
7.4 - No links, discussions, disclosure, advertising, sites, forums or groups that deal with or use the client modifications, bots or other third-party programs, as well as hack, viruses and evil programs in general are allowed. Also, discussions and advocacy of the items listed above are prohibited.
7.5 - Are not allowed discussions or posting of links or advertisements that direct users to content (sites, forums or groups or any other media) that are not related to RavenQuest in order to promote other issues to the detriment of the game.
8.1 - You may not modify any part of the Client and/or files of RavenQuest or Server in a way that alters the operation of items or the game in general, including visual changes.
8.2 - You may not use or benefit any character or game account through the use of any irregular programs (eg. BOT, Trainers, Hacks, Phase Editors, Macro Tools, etc.).
8.3- You may not use or benefit, directly or indirectly, from any kind of bug for the misuse of the system at RavenQuest.
8.4 - You may not associate with other users who use irregular programs in order to benefit directly or indirectly. In case of proven or flagrant denunciations by the game monitoring team, punishment will be applied to all users involved, without distinction.
8.5 - You may not use irregular practice for the evolution of characters, purchase of items and / or to succeed in events and promotions, either manually or through the use of Macro tools.
8.6 - You may not obtain items or amounts of game currency in an irregular manner.
8.7 - You may not interfere, hack or decrypt any transmission to or originating from the RavenQuest servers or use, disclose or benefit from the use of irregular programs by any character (directly or indirectly) - e.g. BOT, item duplication, Gold/silver, etc.
8.8 - You may not perform any kind of misuse of the RavenQuest system and may not communicate the existence of a procedure for misuse of the system to any person outside the Tavernlight Games . The errors must be reported immediately via ticket.
8.9 - You may not obtain items or coins in the game irregularly (e.g. duplicate items, provided by any client change, BOTs, abnormalities of the game or any other means unknown by the team or that goes against the normal mechanics of the game).
8.11 - The non-observance of these rules (item 8.9) makes the user assume the risk of being classified as a beneficiary of irregular activity and, therefore, liable to punishment.
8.12 - You may not run any programs in parallel to RavenQuest that may make changes to the client or that may alter in any way the normal functionality of the game, such as programs that automate actions within the game (BOT and/or Macro) or that alter the game visually.
8.13 - You are only allowed to play on more than oneaccounts if the accounts are either yours and all of them have claimed in-game a land or you are part of a scholarship.
8.14 - Any kind of "account sharing" that is not strictly for the purpose of a scholarship is forbidden. During the scholarship period, only the player receiving the scholarship is allowed to use the account. A scholarship period is considered 7 days or longer. Account for shcolarship must have at least 1 claimed land.
8.15 - Each account cannot have more than one player receiving a scholarship for it during the same scholarship period.
8.16 - You are allowed to play on more than one account, as long as the intention of playing on an additional account is not to be used for any intentional game mechanic abuses (as an example - leveling several characters to a certain level to intentionally abuse a specific reward). (Rules 8.13 and 8.14 still counts).
8.17 - While competitive gameplay is encouraged, using livestreams or external sources to gain unfair advantages, harass, or interfere with Content Creators is strictly prohibited. Actions such as stream sniping, targeted harassment, or repeated in-game disruption with the intent to harm the creator’s experience are considered anti-game behavior and may result in penalties, including account suspension or ban.
8.18 - Content Creators are expected to act in good faith and create a good environment. Any attempt to use their status or direct contact with the game team to harm other players, influence enforcement decisions, or gain unfair advantage is considered a serious violation. Such behavior may lead to disciplinary action, including removal from the Content Creator Program and additional in-game penalties.
9.1 - You may not share your account information with others if they are not part of your scholarship. You are entirely responsible for all actions performed under your account.
9.2 - You must follow the instructions of the authorised staff (GMs and Staff) when in RavenQuest.
9.3 - You may not provide false information or intentionally conceal any information when registering your RavenQuest account.
9.4 - You may not upload or transmit on RavenQuest's server any copyrighted content that you do not own - unless you have express, written permission from the author or copyright holder.
9.5 - If the holder / legal representative on the rights of a product name, image, icon, symbol, logo, or trademark complain to the Tavernlight Games on the name of some Guild or name of some character using the name or trademark belonging to such a holder / representative, the user will be subject to the penalties provided in the Table of Penalties.
9.6 - You may not attempt to mislead a member of the GMs, CMs or other Tavernlight Games staff while performing their duties by making false reports, including (but not limited to) false reports, false bug claims and false requests.
9.7 - You may not send false information to Tavernlight Games through Ticket, Forum or any other means of communication, this includes (but is not restricted to) communicate any type of information that is not true with the intention of benefiting from items, currencies, values, promotions, events or any product offered by Tavernlight Games.
9.8 - For the security of the accounts of RavenQuest, Tavernlight Games reserves the right to block the accounts of users on a preventive basis, to investigate any suspicion of irregularity, thus requesting information about any activity performed by the user within the game. The Tavernlight Games has the period of up to 30 days to release the account from the time that this information is sent, without obligation to compensate the account for the period that was blocked.
9.9 - In the interest of the safety of all users of RavenQuest and servers of Tavernlight Games, if irregular programs are detected that modify or attempt to work together with the RavenQuest Software during your access and / or server connection, Tavernlight Games may block the game account detected by the system automatically for 7 days without obligation to compensate the account for the period that was blocked. The blocking of the account may be repeated whenever the irregularity is detected.
9.10 - You may not violate any local, state, national or international laws and regulations - either individually or in groups/Guilds.
9.11 - In case the action disrespects more than one rule, the most severe will prevail.
9.12 - Reports must be made within 15 days after the date of the screenshot or video, otherwise it will be void.
9.13 - Any report need to be made without any kind of alteration of the screenshot, any modification, cut, or screenshot taken partially may be invalidated as proof.
9.14 - Tavernlight Games, as owner of RavenQuest Software, reserves the right to change the status and operation of any items, game assets, as well as skills and attributes of characters and mechanics of the game without obligation to compensate the account for the change. Please note that items, skills, attributes and game mechanics may be buffed, nerfed, altered or removed due to updates/updates or to ensure game balance.
9.15 - RavenQuest has a security system that applies actions of blocking and resetting passwords on accounts that show unusual behaviour. This system aims to provide protection for the game environment and the accounts involved.
9.16 - The staff may hold "lightning events" with or without notice on any of the servers of RavenQuest. Such events will not necessarily be held on all servers in the same week/day or on the same server at other times. Also, the prizes for each of them will not necessarily be the same.
9.17 - In the interest of the safety of all users of RavenQuest and Tavernlight Games servers, if irregularities are detected during our analysis, not only the game account(s), but the related Tavernlight Games account(s) may be blocked for investigation without obligation to compensate the account for the period that was blocked.
9.18 - Tavernlight Games reserves the right to change, increase or decrease any punishment if deemed necessary for the greater good of the game.
